FREE SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping within Canada on orders starting at $100CAD excluding taxes.
The minimum amount of an order for free shipping depends on the location of the shipping address indicated at checkout.
The minimum amount for free shipping is :
$100CAD and up (excluding taxes) for Ontario and Quebec.
$150CAD and up (excluding taxes) for Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
$200CAD and up (excluding taxes) for British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador.
$250CAD and up (excluding taxes) for Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
The free shipping option will be shown at checkout once you reach the minimum amount for an order as per indicated above.
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Zones & Charges :
Free Delivery (0km - 1km): We offer free delivery for orders within a 1km radius from our location.
Paid Delivery (1km - 2km): For orders within a 1km to 2km radius, a flat $10 delivery fee will apply. There is no minimum order required for this delivery option.
Delivery Times :
Deliveries will typically be made within 30-60 minutes depending on your location and order volume.
We will notify you if there are any delays in processing or delivery.
Order Confirmation :
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed, including estimated delivery time and any applicable delivery charges.
If you are located outside our delivery zone, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Delivery Limitations :
We only offer local delivery within a 2km radius. If your address is beyond this radius, we unfortunately cannot deliver to you at this time.
We do not offer delivery outside of the designated zones, and orders placed for locations beyond the delivery area will be canceled or refunded.
Delivery Address Accuracy :
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If the delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible to update your details.
Changes to Delivery Policy :
We reserve the right to update or change our delivery policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
Cancellations & Refunds :
Cancellations must be made before the order is processed. If the order is already out for delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation.
We do not issue refunds for delivery fees, except in cases where an error occurs on our part.

If you have any inquires about the ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) of your shipment please use the carrier tracking number you are provided after checking out and contact them directly to inquire about your delivery status.
Shipments leave only Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days due to external factors. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.
TRACKING POLICY
The option to receive tracked shipping are included with most standard shipping options. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number if you selected tracked shipping.
If you have any inquires about the ETA (Estimate Time of Arrival) of your shipment please use the carrier tracking number you are provided after checking out and them directly to inquire about your delivery status.
Once an item has been scanned and shipped, Lola's coffee is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 to 9 business day to process and receive your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days due to external factors. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping, we will contact you via email.

Orders can be picked up for free from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 3pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring receipt or proof of purchase.
STORE EXCHANGE - 234 Brock Avenue, M6K 2M2, ON, Toronto, Canada.
Merchandises can be exchanged from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11am to 3pm.
Please send us an email prior the exchange to explain the reason of the exchange and the item that you would like to exchange with.
We will send you an email to confirm with you that the item is available and ready to be exchange before your visit at the shop.
Please bring receipt or proof of purchase.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 24 hours using different carriers with delivery standard that can vary from 2 to 9 business days.
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
EXCHANGES POLICY
We have a 14-days exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request an exchange.
We do not offer exchange on any coffee bean products.
Exchange policy is only for merchandise products.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all exchange items.

We offer free exchange at the physical store.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS POLICY
We do not offer a refund on any coffee beans or merchandise products.
